Reservation Cancellation Policy

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance.

Once a reservation is booked there is a $75 per person cancellation fee with no regard to the reason for the cancellation. This cancellation fee also applies to all cancellations that result in a re-booking.

Any changes made to your booking after the balance due date will be subject to a $75 per person change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.

Travel Insurance Rates

During the ongoing pandemic, we strongly suggest that all travelers purchase travel protection insurance. Travel Insurance is not included in the room rates listed above.

The Insurance offered is from a 3rd party and is not part of Wright Travel Agency.

Pricing ranges from $49.99 to $275.00 per person depending on the costs of your package.
